Elizabeth Hallgren will be co -teaching a class on Social Intelligence with Jill Slupe and here is what she has to say about how you can use social intelligence to improve your own and your organization’s performance.

About Elizabeth Hallgren:

Elizabeth Hallgren, MBA, Founder of The Levain Group is a marketing strategy consultant and trainer with over 12 years of experience in strategic business development, educating adults, and building connections with experts to clients looking to equip their organizations to succeed. She helps entrepreneurs and organizations develop, test, and implement business and marketing plans that grow their business. She has worked with over 200 entrepreneurs and startups to reduce the risk of failure by testing the value they are providing before they go to market. She has also worked with several corporate and nonprofit clients to accomplish their strategic goals.

In 2016 Elizabeth was honored to work with a cohort of 25 African entrepreneurs and community leaders in the US State Department’s Young African Leadership Initiative’s Mandela Washington Fellowship at the University of Iowa. In May 2018 Elizabeth travelled to Zambia to provide entrepreneurship training and program development as part of the Young African Leadership Initiative’s Reciprocal Exchange Program. She developed a community based entrepreneurship training curriculum and train-the-trainers program that insures that the partner organizations are equipped to sustain the program for maximum community impact. Currently, Elizabeth is an Adjunct Lecturer at the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center, Henry B. Tippie College of Business, The University of Iowa.
